Exchange Policy
At Maison Naturalle, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide exchanges under certain conditions.
Conditions for Exchange:
Wrong Size: If you receive an item that does not fit as expected.
Wrong Article: If you receive an item different from what you ordered.
Wrong Color: If the color of the item you received does not match the color specified in your order.
Procedure for Exchange:
Contact Us: Please email us at maisonnaturalle@gmail.com or call us at +91 8076947322 within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide Details: Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item received.
Return the Item: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Exchange Processed: Upon receiving the returned item, we will process the exchange and send out the correct item as soon as possible.
Note:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags attached.
Exchanges will not be processed if the above conditions are not met.
Maison Naturalle reserves the right to deny an exchange if the returned item does not meet our policy criteria.
Exceptions
In the rare event that a wrong article or wrong color is shipped, we will provide a full refund if the customer does not wish to receive a replacement. To process a refund in such cases, please follow the same contact procedure as outlined above.
